Who me?

Ian gets busted pulling out a snack from the grocery bag as we are driving home.  I turn around to find him chowing down....  Once I said something to him, he quickly got upset.  Check out the face he gave me once he realized he was caught. What a boy!

Silly Ian

For the last few nights when Ian gets angry with me he will say, "I'm not going to the zoo with you anymore!"  I find this comical because I never told him we were going to the zoo, but for some reason he thinks he is punishing me by not going with me to the zoo.  And, also anytime he pees in the potty he tells me, "That makes you so happy?"  Its funny because as he is standing there he is looking up at me with a big smile on his face as if he is really proud to be doing something that makes me so happy.  :)

Another thing he does that I find kind of funny is when he says something that he thinks is funny he will begin laughing really hard and when he realizes I didn't find that as funny and I'm not laughing he'll say, "Come on Mom, thats funny!" and if I say no, I don't think it was funny he'll keep saying, "yes it is, thats funny!"  And of course that always makes me laugh.

He definitely has quite the personality these days....what a silly little boy.

2010 Begins

Well 2010 begins and we are all excited about what the new year will bring us.  The girls are back home now and we are all settling back into the routine (although even that will be changing this year).  I'm going to be looking for a job and Justin will be getting back to his job.  However, we do have big plans for this year.  If all goes as planned, Justin will finally be coming home for good.  Then every day, our family will get to be together every day, just like we had hoped for from the very beginning.  So, for now, we take each day as it comes and we enjoy what we have and that is each day together.  We hope you all do the same because life is too short to waste on the past when you can enjoy the future.  So, enjoy 2010 and Happy New Year everybody!  From our family to yours....

Our Boys

The lighting isn't great in these pictures....

Evan & Dad
(Look how tall Evan is?)

Evan, Gersito & Dad
(Gersito is slowly catching up to them....)

Evan & Gersito
(You can really tell the height difference here)

Evan & Ian
(How cute, although Ian wasn't too sure about it)

Gersito, Evan, Ian, & Dad
(Ian is mad because he doesn't want to take a picture)

Evan
(He grows so much each time we see him)

Ian
(Smiling cuz he wanted to take a picture after seeing his big brother take one alone)

So, there's all our boys who all grow up so fast, including the oldest and tallest one...DAD.

Hanging out.

I found these pictures that Val had taken and I thought they were cute to share.  First one is of Val and her friend Tessa and the second picture is of Val and her step-bro hanging out.  So cute....and so big now.  :)

Amie & Joe's Kids

Gosh, aren't these girls cute?!  I just had to post this picture.  By the way, although this family loves the Vikings,  I was able to convince Raina to be a Packer fan with me.  In fact, Amie has a video of Raina saying, "Go Pack Go!" it is so cute.  She keeps claiming she is going to send it to me but I'm not too sure she is going to do that.  :)  However, if she ever does....I'll post it for you all to see.

Christmas 2009

Merry Christmas everyone.  I hope you all had a great Christmas. Here are a couple photos of kids in the morning.....

Silly Kids

Here are a couple of pictures that the kids took of themselves that I thought were kind of cute.
