What's your vote?

So as most of you know now, Minnesota is looking like our new home. We have been looking at homes for quite a while now and found a few that we like. After having a hard time choosing since there are so many to choose from, I thought it would be fun to see what ya'll thought. So, below are some links to various homes, please take a look and then vote for which house you like best on the side of the blog.

Home #1 (Click on the featured tour below the four pictures to see more of the house)
What stands out for us: walking distance to 3 ponds/lake; beautiful kitchen and the 5 car garage is nice for kids when they begin driving.

Home #2
What stands out for us: right on the lake; huge kitchen; beautiful walking path nearby and excellent neighborhood.

Home #3
What stands out for us: pool for the kids and nice kitchen. The only bummer with this one is it is not walking distance to a lake.

Home #4
What stands out for us: we like the water right in our backyard and also like the 3-season porch, oh yeah, and the house is nice too.

So here are just a couple that we are considering.....let us know what you think! :)

Our Trip to Austin

Justin and I finally got to sneak away for a tiny trip/vacation to Austin, TX. We went to go see one of the bands he likes called My Bloody Valentine. It was quite the experience for me....and he, of course, loved it. We ended up going with my friend from high school, Tracey, and her husband. We had a great time. Justin and I also got to go sight seeing at the state capitol and see another one of my old friends from high school, Alicia. We had a great time relaxing and hanging out. Here are a few pictures of our trip. As you can see, the pictures at the concert didn't turn out really good, but here they are anyway...

See how close we are!

Me & Tracey also waiting for the concert to start.

Our state capitol

We were about 5-6 people close to the stage.

Valerie's B-day Party

Oh what a day! By the end of this day we were extremely exhausted. Valerie had way too many kids show up to her birthday party and to make things worse, it was raining so hard they all had to stay inside. Despite all the teenagers in the house, it was a nice birthday for Valerie. I'll post some pictures of her party later once I get them from Alison.

Easter Day

Easter was a nice day especially since Justin was home for the first time since he started working for Sharewell. We also got to enjoy half the day with Evan. Can you tell someone was afraid of the Easter Bunny? It almost looks like he is trying to escape?? We hope everyone had a nice Easter. Enjoy the photos!

A Day at the Beach

We spent last Sunday at Galveston Beach. It wasn't too bad. Ashlynne & Elyse didn't come since they were visiting family. Valerie's friend, Kayla, and my cousin, Matt ended up going with us. I didn't expect Ian to get in the water because I thought the water would be too cold, but it wasn't too bad. It didn't take any of the kids too long before they ended up in the water, including Ian in his day clothes. Here are a couple of pictures of our trip.....

I know, the pictures are all different sizes and shapes. I didn't take the time to resize them all. This is the size that they came out for some reason. I think it's because I took them with Kayla's iphone....
